Each of the meditation CD's covers two months of material from the book, Meditation Magic: A Course in Freedom and Dreaming. These CD's teach all the essentials in this course, as well as important keys not mentioned in the book. These CD's create a safe, sacred, healing space. Following the CD's closely--along with the natural high chart and the book--assures success. They have all the alchemical ingredients to heal any struggling ego. They are not intended for people who "just want to learn how to relax." This attitude reveals resistance to letting go (a calcified ego); and a belief that the ailments of the mind and body have nothing to do with one's core beliefs or daily actions. The CD's are also not for people with mental illnesses. The music levels assume that a person is listening with comfortable headphones. Headphones keep out external sounds and provide a cave-like atmosphere that helps the listener focus and enter ever deeper levels of awareness.
